Old style alarms rely on noise and flashing lights to scare away burglars. Our monitored alarm systems do NOT rely on neighbours or passers-by.

If a monitored alarm is triggered there WILL be a response. In the event of an intruder breaking into your business premises or home, we can be nominated as the key holder. 

We would attend the scene on your behalf and call the police in the event of criminal activity. Regardless of the type of alarm, be it fire, intruder or personal attack, we are able to monitor and where necessary, take appropriate action in partnership with the Police.

Our Surveillance Centre acts as an independent monitoring station. Our fast response times for key holding and alarm response are facilitated by the unique use of our secure Key Vault system where we ensure your keys are secured on your site.

In the event of an alarm activation our on call engineer will attend, therefore reducing time spent collecting keys from a central point. Used in conjunction with our tracker and GRS reporting system we can provide a full three way auditing key holding service as proof of our excellence of service. We can also deal with minor incidents without disturbing our clients during the night, including boarding up service for broken windows.
